The Company shall institute and maintain all reasonable and necessary precautions, as well as abiding by local, state and federal laws, for safeguarding the health and safety of its employees. Both the Company and the Union recognize their mutual obligations to assist in the prevention, correction, and elimination of all unhealthy and unsafe working conditions and practices.
