The provisions of the "Article 31, Employee Health Benefits and Insurance" Article Plan, shall apply to Temporary Employees after the completion of six (6) months of continuous services, and whose regular hours of work exceed fifteen (15) hours per week averaged over oneone complete cycle of the shift schedule.
