EMPLOYEE IMPROVEMENT. A. The District will reimburse employees for Professional Development on Microsoft products. The employee must take the approved skills test for the class and meet the rubric established for Level #13 new hires to qualify for reimbursement. B. The employee may also request approval for other Professional Development by his/her supervisor. No hourly rate will be reimbursed if taken outside regular work hours. C.
