Attendance Incentive Pay. In order for the parties to achieve the district’s attendance goal of 98%, the following attendance incentive will be offered: • For bargaining unit members who achieve the level of 100% attendance they will be issued $400 at the end of the school year. • For bargaining unit members who achieve the level of 98% attendance (which equates to missing less than 3.6 days) they will be issued $200 at the end of the school year. • In the event that the bargaining unit as a whole attains a combined 98% attendance, they will be issued $200 at the end of the school year. • In the event that the bargaining unit as a whole attains a combined 97% attendance, they will be issued $100 at the end of the school year. o Only one group incentive will be offered. o Any bargaining unit member that does not attain the level of 95% (which equates to missing 9 days or less) attendance will not be eligible for the group incentive.
Attendance Incentive Pay. Employees, employed from the first staff workday of the school year through December 31, who use three (3) or less paid sick leave days (ESSL and/or sick) during this period will receive a $250 stipend on their February 15 paycheck. Employees, employed from January 1 through the last staff workday of the school year, who use four (4) or
Attendance Incentive Pay. A. Each full-time employee shall be paid an incentive award for work attendance as follows: Perfect Attendance - $160.00 Absence of one shift - $80.00. For 24-hour shift employees, an “absence of one shift” is equal to twenty-four (24) hours or five (5) absence occurrences, even if the occurrences total less than twenty-four (24) hours.
B. The incentive award shall be calculated on a semi-annual basis of six (6) consecutive months commencing January 1 and continuing for each six (6) month period thereafter.
C. Employees absent from work due to vacation, holiday, funeral leave, military leave, attendance at approved seminars and training functions or due to an on-duty injury shall not be considered absent from work for the purpose of this benefit.
Attendance Incentive Pay. Full-time employees who have accumulated one hundred two (102) hours of sick leave by November 30 of each year may elect to receive attendance incentive pay rather than wellness leave. Employees who have no unpaid leave or use less than sixteen (16) hours (or the equivalent of two work days) of sick and/or FMLA leave between December 01 and November 30, are entitled to a lump sum payment, payable on or prior to December 20, in accordance with the following schedule: Sick Leave Used Incentive Pay 0 Hours 24 Hours (or 3 days) Up to 8 Hours (or 1 day) 16 Hours (or 2 days) From 8.1 Hours up to 16 Hours 8 Hours (or 1 day) (or 2 days)
Attendance Incentive Pay. Teachers who use no sick and no personal days in the first semester shall receive a perfect attendance bonus of $200. Teachers who use no sick days and no personal days in the second semester shall receive a perfect attendance bonus of $200. Teachers who use no sick days and no personal days all year shall receive an additional bonus of $200. Absences without pay will not receive bonus.
Attendance Incentive Pay. Starting in the 1987-88 school year, members shall be credited with cumulative attendance pay for no use or minimal use of sick leave and personal days according to the following schedule:
Attendance Incentive Pay. Full-time employees who qualify for sick leave and who have not used more than twenty-one percent (21%) of their earned sick leave days during the year may convert a portion of their unused sick leave days to compensation or proportional vacation days. A deduction of sick leave equal to the converted leave shall be deducted from the employee’s sick leave balance.
1. This sick leave incentive will be calculated on July 30 by subtracting the number of sick days taken during the preceding contract year from the number of sick days earned during the preceding contract year. The remaining days divided by six (6) will equal the number of days pay an employee will receive on the August 15 paycheck. No sick leave incentive will be paid to employees who resign prior to the end of their contract year.
2. For the purpose of calculating the Sick Leave Incentive Pay, days employees are absent because of Workers’ Compensation-related injuries will be excluded as days lost unless the total number of days lost in a fiscal year due to Workers’ Compensation-related injuries exceed two days. Therefore, if an employee is absence for more than two days due to Workers’ Compensation-related injuries, all days absence will be counted like any other sick leave as described in this Section.
Attendance Incentive Pay. Non-certified staff who have perfect attendance in the first semester shall receive a perfect attendance bonus of $75. Non-certified staff who have perfect attendance in the second semester shall receive a perfect attendance bonus of $75. Non-certified staff who have perfect attendance all year shall receive an additional $75. Partial days shall constitute a full-day absence. Perfect attendance shall be defined as no use of sick days and no use of personal days.
Attendance Incentive Pay. A non-probationary employee in the bus driver classification who works forty-five (45) consecutive scheduled days without absence of any nature (excluding personal days) shall be granted one (l) day’s pay based upon their regular scheduled day’s pay.
Attendance Incentive Pay. A full time employee who works 260 days and who has perfect attendance within a fiscal year (September 1 through August 31) shall be paid the equivalent of three vacation days. A full time employee who works 175 but less than 260 days and who has perfect attendance within a fiscal year (September 1 through August 31) shall be paid the equivalent of two vacation days. Employees using approved judicial leave, bereavement leave, or vacation will not be considered absent for the purpose of the Article. The employee shall receive this pay in September.
