Common use of Employee Names Clause in Contracts

Employee Names. The District shall provide the Association with names, addresses, telephone numbers and site assignments of all new unit members no later than September 15 of each school year, and of all unit members employed after September 30 of each year within thirty (30) days of employment.

Employee Names. The District shall provide the Association with names, addresses, telephone numbers names and site assignments addresses of all new bargaining unit members no later than September 15 October 15th of each school year, and of all the bargaining unit members employed after September 30 30th of each year within thirty (30) days of employment.

These lists shall indicate the employee’s assigned worksite. The District shall provide the Association with a preliminary list of unit members and their work sites by September 15.
