Employee Nominated Representative Communication Meetings. (i) As a means of achieving an open and transparent communication process for dealing with issues such as Project updates and to discuss Employee issues, communication meetings will be held on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed between the parties. (ii) Employee representatives shall be allowed access upon request, to a telephone, fax or photocopier for employee relations issues related to the site.
