EMPLOYEE NOTICE OF QUIT. Any employee who wishes to quit shall give the Hospital fourteen (14) calendar days notice, in writing, of intention to terminate employment. The failure to give such notice shall result in the forfeiture of any terminal benefits that would otherwise be due the employee under the terms of this Agreement.

  • Employee Notice After review of the employee’s timely response, if any, the University shall notify the employee of any action to be taken. An effective date of separation shall follow the employee’s timely response or, if no response is provided, shall be at least ten (10) calendar days from the date of issuance of the notice of intention to separate, pursuant to Section C., above.

  • Employee Notification A copy of any disciplinary action or material related to employee performance which is placed in the personnel file shall be provided to the employee (the employee so noting receipt, or the supervisor noting employee refusal to acknowledge receipt) or sent by certified mail (return receipt requested) to the employee's last address appearing on the Employer's records.

  • Advance Notice of Layoff The Employer shall notify employees who are to be laid off four (4) weeks prior to the effective date of layoff. If the employee has not had the opportunity to work the days as provided in this article, they shall be paid for the days for which work was not made available.

  • CAFA Notice Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1715, not later than ten (10) days after the Agreement is filed with the Court, the Settlement Administrator shall cause to be served upon the Attorneys General of each U.S. State in which Settlement Class members reside, the Attorney General of the United States, and other required government officials, notice of the proposed settlement as required by law, subject to Paragraph 5.1 below.

  • Renewal Notice; Notification of Changes Subject to governing law, XOOM can renew this Agreement with new or revised Terms. XOOM will send you written notice at least (30) days before the end of the Term. The notice will specify the date by which you must advise XOOM if you do not want to renew your Agreement. If you do not advise XOOM by the specified date, this Agreement will automatically renew at the fixed rate or variable rate then in effect in accordance with the notice.   • Notice of Absence If Tenant plans to leave the Property for 7 (seven) or more consecutive days or expects long, frequent or customary absences, Tenant must notify the Landlord in writing. Tenant hereby agrees that any such absence, whether a singular occurrence or customary, shall not obviate Tenant's obligation to pay timely Rent.

  • Employee leaving during notice period An employee given notice of termination in circumstances of redundancy may terminate their employment during the period of notice. The employee is entitled to receive the benefits and payments they would have received under this clause had they remained in employment until the expiry of the notice, but is not entitled to any payment in lieu of any remaining notice.
