Employee Obligations and Agreement. An employee assigned to full-time out-service training shall agree in writing to reimburse the State within 30 calendar days for tuition costs and other expenses paid to him/her by the State if, after completion of the training assignment, he/she does not continue employment in State service, for a period of six (6) months or twice the period of training, whichever is greater.
