Common use of Employee Optional AD&D Insurance Clause in Contracts

Employee Optional AD&D Insurance. In addition to the basic AD&D insurance benefit, an Employee can purchase additional AD&D insurance coverage for themselves that they pay for through payroll deductions. The optional coverage available is:  up to five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) of employee optional AD&D insurance coverage in units of ten thousand dollars ($10,000).
