EMPLOYEE ORGANIZATION PROHIBITED CONDUCT. ‌ The Recognized Employee Organization, its officers, agents, representatives and/or members agree that during the term of this MOU they will not cause nor condone any strike, walkout, slowdown, sick-out, or any other concerted job action by withholding or refusing to perform services. A violation of this Section by any employee shall constitute a just cause for discipline. Taking joint action or joining other employee organization(s) to engage in such activity is included in this prohibition.‌
