Prohibited Employment. Consultant will not employ any regular employee of City while this Agreement is in effect.
Prohibited Employment. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, no provision which prohibits the engagement or employment of an employee on any class of work or on any conditions shall be deemed to relieve the employer from paying the remuneration and observing conditions which he would have had to pay or observe had such engagement or employment not been prohibited.

Prohibited Employment. No employer shall require or permit any person under the age of 15 years to work in the Industry.
Prohibited Employment. (1) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, no employer shall employ any person under the age of 21 years, other than an artisan, an apprentice in terms of the Skills Development Act 97 of 1998 as amended, or a trainee employed in terms of the Skills Development Act 97 of 1998 as amended, on any operation which forms part of any trade designated for the Motor Industry in terms of the Skills Development Act 97 of 1998 as amended.
(2) No employer shall knowingly employ any person who is under 15 years of age.
Prohibited Employment. Contractor agrees that it will not hire any person whose employment with Contractor would violate any of the employment restrictions in Texas Government Code Chapter 572 or Texas Utilities Code Chapter 12.
Prohibited Employment. (1) No employer shall require or permit any employee under the age of 15 years to work in an establishment.
(2) An employee engaged on an operation or on conditions which are prohibited in terms of subclause (1) or any provision of this Agreement, shall nonetheless be entitled to receive the remuneration he would have been entitled to had such prohibition not existed.
Prohibited Employment. Wausau Fire Department employees are prohibited from performing fire protection, emergency medical services, or fire prevention for volunteer or paid organizations whose primary focus is providing these services to a municipality or township. Exempt from this provision are those employees performing military service and for employees while they are engaged in education/certification activities (subject to paragraph A).
Prohibited Employment. Contractor shall not employ any regular employee of CONFIRE while this Agreement is in effect, without the consent of CONFIRE.
Prohibited Employment. The parties recognize that it is in the best interest of all, to have an alert and non-distracted work force. More specifically, the types of jobs from which employees shall be prohibited from working shall include the following:
1. Where the employer’s uniform, badge, vehicle or employer-supplied equipment is utilized unless specifically approved by the Chief of Police or his designee;
2. Where the hours worked on the outside job cause the Employee such fatigue that he/she is unable to properly perform his/her job duties;
3. Where a scheduling conflict of interest with his/her job duties for the Employer is created;
4. Where the type of secondary employment is prohibited by law, or negatively reflects on the Employer.
5. In any security type position, at any establishment which delivers alcoholic beverage as its primary source of revenue.
