Contractor Employee Conduct. The Contractor’s employees shall adhere to the standards of conduct prescribed in the Customer’s personnel policy and procedure guidelines, particularly rules of conduct, security procedures, and any other applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the Customer. The Contractor shall ensure that the Contractor’s employees wear attire suitable for the position, either a standard uniform or business casual dress.

Contractor Employee Conduct. The Contractor’s employees shall adhere to the standards of conduct prescribed in Chapter 33-208, Florida Administrative Code, and as prescribed in the Customer’s personnel policy and procedure guidelines, particularly rules of conduct, security procedures, and any other applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the Customer. The Contractor shall ensure that the Contractor’s employees wear attire suitable for the position, either a standard uniform or business casual dress. The Contractor’s employees shall be subject to searches of their person or searches of equipment and/or products at any time.
Contractor Employee Conduct. 1. The conduct of Contractor’s employees will meet customary and reasonable standards for the District’s area. The Contractor will be responsive to direction from the District as to any personnel or conditions deemed to be of insufficient standards to the District.
Contractor Employee Conduct. The Contractor must take the expected and reasonable precautions at any time, to forestall illegalities or any other kind of untolerated misconduct on the part of the employee, and to avoid any kind of damage to the property or to personal safety, during the process of implementation of the project.

WCPS reserves the right to direct the vendor to remove from the project site, any employee of the vendor for misconduct, violations of the provisions of the contract, or for any inappropriate interactions with students, faculty, or staff of WCPS. Such removal may, at the option of WCPS be for the duration of the contract and shall occur at no increase to WCPS.

  • Employee Cooperation Following termination of Employee’s employment, Employee shall cooperate fully with the Company in all matters including, but not limited to, advising the Company of all pending work on behalf of the Company and the orderly transfer of work to other employees or representatives of the Company. Employee shall also cooperate in the defense of any action brought by any third party against the Company that relates in any way to Employee’s acts or omissions while employed by the Company.

  • Prior Employment Executive represents and warrants that Executive’s acceptance of employment with the Company has not breached, and the performance of Executive’s duties hereunder will not breach, any duty owed by Executive to any prior employer or other person.
