Examples of Prohibited Acts in a sentence
If any charge owing by Customer is thirty (30) days or more overdue or if Customer has committed any Prohibited Acts, Ivalua may, without limiting its other rights and remedies, suspend Services until such amounts are paid in full, provided Ivalua has given Customer at least ten (10) days prior written notice that its account is overdue in accordance with the payment terms set forth above, in Sub-section 5.2.
Each Party represents and warrants that it has not committed, and will not commit, any Prohibited Acts, pursuant to Italian Law No. 190 of November 6, 2012 on anti-corruption.
Each Party agrees to immediately notify the other Party on becoming aware of any breach of this Section 8.3.
