Common use of Employee Removal Clause in Contracts

Employee Removal. Corporation, in its sole discretion, has the right to request Contractor to remove any employee, Contractor Party, or any Contractor Representative. Contractor shall promptly remove from service the indicated person(s) per Corporation request.
