EMPLOYEE REPRESENTATIVE (Prior. Article 17) Section 1. Employees covered by this Agreement are at all times entitled to act through an Association representative in taking any action or following any procedure under this Agreement.

  • Employee Representative The employee may choose someone to represent him or her at any step in the procedure. No person hearing a grievance need recognize more than one representative for any employee at any one time, unless he or she so desires.

  • EMPLOYEE REPRESENTATIVES 13.01 The Employer acknowledges the right of the Alliance to appoint or otherwise select employees as representatives.

  • Employee Representation Clauses 49, 50 and 51 of this Agreement outline the rights for employee representatives and Union Delegates when assisting Employees. For clarity, each Employee has the right to determine whether they wish to be represented by a Union Delegate, Employee Representative, another representative of their choosing, or not at all. Such visits shall not interfere with the normal operations of the worksite. Reasonable accommodation will be made to allow the Presidents of the Unions to have access to union members to conduct union business.

  • Committee Representation The Union shall be granted representation on any committees that may be established to accomplish the aims of the Ohio Employee Assistance Program (E.A.P.).

  • Safety Representative On every job site, workers may elect a Workers’ Safety Representative in accordance with the Act.

  • Grievance Representative Employees presenting a grievance under Step 2 shall be represented by a representative of the Union.
