Common use of Employee Return From Long-Term Disability Clause in Contracts

Employee Return From Long-Term Disability. APT members on long-term disability shall retain the right to return to their same position for thirty-six (36) months from the commencement of disability. Should the member return to the workplace after being on disability for more than thirty-six (36) months, the University and the Faculty Association will negotiate the terms of the return to work.
