Employee Reviews. 2 The Company will review the general performance of each employee at least once annually. An 3 Employee Evaluation Report will be completed by the employee’s Supervisor. The result of this 4 evaluation will be discussed with the employee. The employee has the right to attach his/her own 5 comments and statements, and talk to upper management, if he/she disagrees with any part of the 6 evaluation. There shall also be space on the evaluation form for the employee to state his/her work goals, 7 areas for training and improvement, and promotion requests. Such evaluations are an employee 8 communication and development tool. Upon request employees will be given a copy of their individual 9 reviews within five (5) working days. 10 11 ARTICLE 4
