Employee Right to Dues Deduction. Employees covered by this MOU and for whom AFSCME obtains a written signed authorization for deduction of dues shall be entitled to have membership dues deducted from his/her paycheck on a biweekly basis. Upon agreement of the parties, the College's Office of Human Resources will submit the deduction cards to the appropriate office in the Central Payroll Bureau.
