Employee Rights - Non-discrimination. 3 (A) The City and the Union agree not to discriminate against any employee 4 for his/her activity on behalf of, or membership or non-membership, in 5 the Union. 6 (B) The parties recognize and support the City's Anti-discrimination policies 7 and practices. 8 (C) The City, the Union, and any other party bound by this Agreement shall 9 each apply the provisions of this Agreement equally to all employees in 10 the Union without discrimination as to race, color, religion, sex, age, 11 physical or mental disabilities, national origin, or as defined by state or 12 federal law.
