EMPLOYEE SHALL REPORT UNSAFE CONDITIONS. Each employee shall report, in writing, any alleged unsafe conditions in his/her working environment, upon discovery, to his/her immediate supervisor. The supervisor shall, within five (5) working days, respond in writing to the employee on the alleged unsafe condition.
