Employee - The term. employee" as used in this Agreement shall mean any person, either male or female, employed in a classification included within the bargaining unit set forth in Article 2.2. It shall further include any person employed in any new job or classification created in the future which the parties agree is to be included within the bargaining unit. If the parties are unable to agree, either party may submit the matter to the Canada Industrial Relations Board for a decision.
