Employee Witness Compensation. Employees of the District who are subpoenaed to testify during working hours will be released with pay to appear at the hearing. The arbitrator may direct that such employees remain on call until called to testify. Employees who are subpoenaed to testify during non-working hours will be compensated for the time they actually testify unless the District agrees to a different arrangement.
