Employees Bands. 1 to 8 Only An annual review will be undertaken by the employer for all full-time and part-time employees. Provided that any employee who has had an absence of paid leave in excess of 3 months in aggregate or any unpaid leave in the preceding 12 months, shall have his/her assessment delayed by the period of such absence.
