Common use of Employees Excluded Clause in Contracts

Employees Excluded. All regular hire employees, normally assigned to work less than a half of a pay period, will be ineligible for County medical, dental, vision, long-term disability and life insurance coverage and/or any other option contained in this Article.

Employees Excluded. All regular hire employees, normally assigned to work less than a half of a pay period, who do not qualify under Section 3.1.5. above, and all extra hire employees will be ineligible for County medical, dental, vision, long-term disability and life insurance coverage and/or any other option contained in this Article.
