– EMPLOYEE’S FILES/RECORDS. If an employee is suspended for a minor misdemeanor and if no more faults occur during the next twelve (12) months, the last entry is to be erased. A copy of any entry to an employee's file be furnished to the employee and Union representative. The Company will permit an employee, upon request, to view their personal file.
