Common use of Employees not on the Standby Duty Roster Clause in Contracts

Employees not on the Standby Duty Roster. (i) On those days an employee not on the standby duty roster performs solely non-firefighting related duties (ie., is not involved in forest firefighting), Clause 7.1(f) shall continue to apply and all hours worked up to 10 hours per day will count towards the 70-hour, two-week averaging period.
