Common use of Employee's Protection Clause in Contracts

Employee's Protection. 12.1 This Agreement shall not operate so as to cause any Employee to suffer a reduction in remuneration and benefits provided by the Employer applicable at the time of signing of the Agreement, or in National Standards such as standard hours of work, Annual Leave or Long Service Leave, etc.
