Employees Who Otherwise Choose. Not to Work at a District Work Site Due to Concern for Safety: An employee whose assignment requires work at a District work site and who does not fit within the conditions of paragraphs 1-8 above, may access any or all of the following benefits under the CBA or law: 5.8.1 Alternative assignment for work/services which may be provided from home, if available (see Section 5.10 below);
