Employees Whose Transportation Departure Point is Other Than Winnipeg. Subject to Article 19.1.2.3, the Contractor shall provide transportation for such an employee from the Project Camp Site to the employee's T.D.P., and return, as set out in Article 19.1.2.2(b). However, an employee may elect to provide his own transportation from the Project Camp Site in which case the Contractor will pay such an employee, at the time of his departure on Isolation Leave, an allowance calculated in accordance with the provisions of Article 19.1.2.2(c) and the same amount on the employee's return from Isolation Leave which shall be included with his first regular pay.
