Employer as Plan Sponsor. The Parties specifically agree and recognize that the Employer is the Plan Sponsor and the Company is a service provider to the Plan and is not providing tax or legal advice to either the Employer, Employer’s employees, and/or participants in the Plan.
Employer as Plan Sponsor. 1. The Employer is the Plan sponsor. As such, the Employer is responsible for notifying Members of any lapse or loss of coverage or changes to or termination of this Agreement to the extent required by law.
