EMPLOYER BARGAINING AGENT. (a) In satisfaction of the Employers' obligations under section 163 of the Labour Relations Code and in satisfaction of the Employers' obligations under this collective agreement, the Employer shall pay to the Association the hourly dues levied by the Association pursuant to section 165of the Code.
