Common use of EMPLOYER DEDUCTIONS Clause in Contracts

EMPLOYER DEDUCTIONS. The Employer agrees to deduct the appropriate amount from the paycheck of any Employee who authorizes such deduction in writing to provide payment to the Fund for the Employee’s contribution under either Section 2 or Section 5.
