Employer Directives. 9.01 The Employer shall, at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to issuance, provide the Union with a copy of all personnel directives which are intended to clarify the interpretation or application of the Agreement. In the event that the Union disputes the content of the directive and the dispute cannot be settled, the matter may be referred to arbitration.
