Employer may require an Employee. take Accumulated Annual Leave (a) If the Employer and an Employee cannot agree when the Employee’s annual leave is to be taken; and (b) The Employer has provided the Employee at least four (4) weeks notice in writing to take the accrued leave; and (c) The Employee has accumulated more than six (6) weeks at the time of the direction is given; and (d) The Employer can only direct an Employee to take a maximum of two (2) weeks annual leave.
