THE DÔME SYNERGY. Dome Coffees aims to provide all of its guests with an experience like no other. The cafes combine European ambience and charm, great tasting coffee, a diverse food menu and service to the table. To assist in reaching this goal, Dome will, where operationally possible, engage employees on either a full-time or part-time basis. It is Dome's ambition that throughout the life of this Agreement it will provide the majority of its employees with permanency of employment and all of its associated benefits.
