JOB ROTATION AND HIGHER DUTIES. 2.2.1 Employer relocating an Employee to a new location The Employer may rotate or relocate an Employee from one location to another provided that the transfer is reasonable taking into account the Employee’s personal needs and circumstances, any extra travelling time and or expense, the employee’s family responsibilities, any demonstrated hardship on the employee and the operational requirements of the business. The Employer will provide the Employee with four (4) weeks notice of the relocation.

  • Higher Duties 27.1 Where an Employee on any one day performs two or more classes of work to which different rates of pay are applicable, the Employer shall pay to the Employee the higher hourly rate for the entire day if the Employee is required to work in that class of work for more than 2 hours, and if for less than 2 hours during any one day the Employee will be paid the higher rate for the time so worked.
