Employer Obligation Limited. The Employer’s obligation with respect to the above insurance coverage is limited to making the specified contribution toward the premium payment. The employee shall be obligated for any balance through automatic payroll deduction.
Employer Obligation Limited. The parties agree that any description of insurance benefits contained in this Article are intended to be information only and the eligibility of any employee for benefits shall be governed by the terms of the insurance policy. It is further understood that the Employer’s only obligation is to pay such amounts as agreed to herein and no claim shall be made against the Employer as a result of denial of insurance benefits by an insurance carrier.
