EMPLOYER SECURITY. The Union further agrees it will not require the Employers, or any Employer, to take any action that violates the Labor Relations Act of 1947 and the Labor-Management Act of 1959, as the same now exist or may be hereafter amended.

The Employer shall on any job determine the number of employees required for each job.

EMPLOYER SECURITY. No member shall be discriminated against for reporting violations of this Agreement to Stewards or Business Agent.
