Employer Shall Acquaint New Employees. The Employer shall acquaint new employees with the fact that a collective agreement is in effect. New employees shall be presented with an electronic copy of the Agreement, an Association membership application card, and an Association dues check-off card. The dues check-off card is to be signed by the employee and returned to the Employer immediately.
