Employer to Acquaint New Employees. (a) During orientation, the Employer will provide each new Employee with a link to an electronic package prepared by the Union along with a link to a copy of the collective agreement. The Employer will update the link as required by the Union. (b) Where the Employer holds in-person orientation, the Union shall be permitted 10 minutes at the end of the agenda to address bargaining unit members with no loss of regular pay during or following the orientation program.
