Employer to Acquaint New Employees. (a) The Employer agrees to acquaint new employees with the fact that a collective agreement is in effect including the conditions of employment set out in the articles concerning checkoff and stewards. The Employer shall provide each new employee with a copy of the Collective Agreement. (b) The Employer agrees to allow the union up to twenty (20) minutes during employee orientation to distribute union literature related to the orientation of new union members.
