Employer to Acquaint New Employees. (a) The Employer agrees to acquaint new employees with the fact that a collective agreement is in effect including the conditions of employment set out in the articles concerning checkoff and stewards. The Employer shall provide each new employee with a copy of the Collective Agreement.
