Employer’s Duty to Notify and Discuss. (a) Where an Employer has made a definite decision to introduce major changes in production, program, organisation, structure or technology that are likely to have significant effects on Employees, the Employer shall notify the Employees who may be affected by the proposed changes and the Union.

Employer’s Duty to Notify and Discuss. 2.1 Where the School has made a definite decision to introduce major changes in production, program, organisation, structure or technology that are likely to have significant effects on teachers, the employer shall notify the teachers who may be affected by the proposed changes and the union to which they belong.

  • DISCIPLINE AND DISCHARGE 21.01 The Employer may warn, suspend, demote or discharge employees for just cause.
