Employer’s objectives The Employer s objective in entering into a framework agreement over a three-year term, on an as and when instructed basis, is to secure the services of project management services professional service provider to serve the Employer’s needs and requirements in the construction of new infrastructure and the refurbishment, repurposing, rehabilitation or alteration of existing infrastructure on its KwaDlangezwa and Xxxxxxxx Bay Campuses.
