Common use of Employer’s Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Employer’s Responsibility. (1) The appropriate supervisor shall, in respect of any period during which a Part time Casual Teacher or Coordinator was required to be on duty: (a) upon receipt of any such certificate of attendance grant, in respect of any such period for which the Part time Casual Teacher or Coordinator has been paid out-of-pocket expenses only, agreed leave on full pay; or (b) in any other case grant, at the sole election of the Part time Casual Teacher or Coordinator, agreed leave without pay.
