Employment Ending Date. Executive’s employment with the Corporation will terminate effective on the Separation Date. Executive will have no further employment duties or responsibilities to the Corporation after the Separation Date.
Employment Ending Date. Employee’s employment with Company will terminate effective on March 15, 2013 (“Termination Date”).
