Subsequent Employment definition

Subsequent Employment means any employment or provision of services whether as owner, principal, agent, partner, director, officer, independent contractor, consultant, or employee for any entity, corporation, partnership or individual, including, without limitation, self-employment.
Subsequent Employment. The Consulting Party understands that OPMG/PhoneGuard has business relationships with the entity (the “TBC/CSI Entity”) that owns and controls the distribution rights to the Product as regards The World, which is defined as the entirety of the Planet Earth, exclusive of North, Central and South America. Consulting Party and Company hereby agree that the terms of this Agreement shall be applicable to the World on a pari-passu basis in consideration of Consulting Party’s providing his/its services hereunder in support of the global exploitation of the Product in the World Market, all of which shall be embodied in an agreement in substantially similar form as that set forth herein (as modified to account for the TBC/CSI Entity not being a publicly traded company), which shall be negotiated in good faith and finalized promptly following execution hereof. To that end, OPMG/PhoneGuard will use best efforts to assist in the prompt finalization of such agreement in respect of the exploitation of the Product throughout the World.

Examples of Subsequent Employment in a sentence

  • Subsequent Compensation shall include any and all compensation earned through Coach’s Subsequent Employment including, but not limited to base salary, additional compensation, performance incentive compensation, consulting fees, bonuses, and any other compensation.

  • Subsequent Employment shall include working in the capacity of employee for another employer, as a consultant, as a self-employed person, or as an independent contractor.

  • The employment of the Executive hereunder shall terminate at the end of the Initial Employment Term or any Subsequent Employment Term if either party provides notice of termination at least 90 days prior to expiration of the Initial Employment Term or Subsequent Employment Term, or if earlier terminated by the Board of Directors of the Company pursuant to this Section 6.

  • Failure of Coach to comply with this subsection shall make ICAA’s payment obligation herein voidable at ICAA’s option, and in the event Coach’s Subsequent Compensation is below an Actual Market Rate, Coach expressly agrees that ICAA may assign a market value of compensation to Coach’s Subsequent Employment based upon ICAA’s analysis of similar positions.

  • Employment shall thereafter continue on the basis hereby established for successive one year terms unless, more than ninety days prior to the expiration of the Initial Employment Term or any successive one year term, either the Executive or the Company provides the other with written notice that this Agreement will not be renewed (the "Subsequent Employment Term" and with the Initial Employment Term, the "Employment Term").

  • The Company shall have the right to terminate the Executive's employment at any time prior to the expiration of the Initial Employment Term or any Subsequent Employment Term for any reason without Cause with at least ninety days written notice.

  • During the Subsequent Employment period, Employee shall be subject to the direction and supervision of the Chief Executive Officer of HoldCo and shall have a title, duties and responsibilities assigned to him by the Chief Executive Officer of HoldCo that are not inconsistent with Employee’s position during the Initial Employment Period; provided, however, that during the Subsequent Employment Period Employee shall not be required to work more than the equivalent of twelve weeks per year.

  • During the Subsequent Employment Period, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Water shall pay to Employee a base salary for the services to be rendered by Employee hereunder of at least $1,500,000 per annum.

  • During the Subsequent Employment Period, any participation by Employee in a bonus plan shall be at the discretion of, and on terms and conditions to be established by, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of HoldCo.

  • The employment of the Employee hereunder shall not automatically terminate at the end of the Initial Employment Term, but shall continue thereafter for Subsequent Employment Terms in the manner contemplated by Section 3, unless otherwise terminated in the manner provided in this Section 8.

Related to Subsequent Employment

  • Post-Employment Period means the eighteen month period beginning on the date of termination of the Executive's employment with the Employer. If any covenant in this Section 8.2 is held to be unreasonable, arbitrary or against public policy, such covenant shall be considered to be divisible with respect to scope, time, and geographic area, and such lesser scope, time, or geographic area, or all of them as a court of competent jurisdiction may determine to be reasonable, not arbitrary, and not against public policy, shall be effective, binding, and enforceable against the Executive. The period of time applicable to any covenant in this Section 8.2 will be extended by the duration of any violation by the Executive of such covenant. The Executive shall, while the covenant under this Section 8.2 is in effect, give notice to the Employer, within ten days after accepting any other employment, of the identify of the Executive's employer. The Employer may notify such employer that the Executive is bound by this Agreement and, at the Employer's election, furnish such employer with a copy of this Agreement or relevant portions thereof.

  • Active Employment means you must be actively at work for the Sponsor:

  • Current Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 7.8(a).

  • Self-employment shall be where a Claimant sets up his/her own business and is responsible for paying his/her tax and National Insurance.

  • Permanent Employee means an employee in the classified service who has successfully completed a probationary period.
