Common use of Employment Information Clause in Contracts

Employment Information. The Employer will inform in writing the initial conditions of hiring, including number of hours to be worked, rate of pay, unit and shift in accordance with University of Washington policy. Records shall be readily available for employees to determine their number of hours worked, rate of pay, and time off balance.
