Employment Insurance Premium Reduction Program. 1. The parties agree that the employees’ five-twelfths (5/12ths) portion of the premium reduction resulting from the Employment Insurance Premium Reduction Program will be paid to the benevolent fund established by the Union for the benefit of employees of Regina Public Library.

Such SPD shall be provided no less than biennially and prior to the beginning of the insurance year.
