Common use of Employment of Ship Clause in Contracts

Employment of Ship. procure that each Owner does not employ its Ship or suffer its Ship to be employed otherwise than in conformity with the terms of the Insurances (including any warranties express or implied therein) without first obtaining the consent of the relevant insurers to such employment and complying with such requirements as to extra premium or otherwise as the insurers may prescribe;
