EMPLOYMENT OF THE CONTRACTOR. 1.1 For and in consideration of the payments and agreements hereinafter mentioned, to be made and performed by the Owner, the Contractor hereby agrees with the Owner to commence and complete the construction described in Paragraph 1.2.
EMPLOYMENT OF THE CONTRACTOR. PVTA hereby engages the CONTRACTOR and the CONTRACTOR agrees to perform the services described in the SCOPE OF WORK for the management, operation and maintenance of the PVTA transportation projects.
EMPLOYMENT OF THE CONTRACTOR. The Town agrees to retain the Contractor, and the Contractor agrees to provide services relative to: Tree Services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) in connection with the terms and conditions as set forth in the Contract Documents, attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
EMPLOYMENT OF THE CONTRACTOR. RCTA hereby engages the CONTRACTOR and the CONTRACTOR agrees to perform the services, hereinafter described in connection with the management, operation and maintenance of the REDWOOD COAST TRANSIT public transit system.
EMPLOYMENT OF THE CONTRACTOR. The Town agrees to retain the Contractor, and the Contractor agrees to provide services relative to: Installation of Plants and Related Materials (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) in connection with the terms and conditions as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
EMPLOYMENT OF THE CONTRACTOR. The Town agrees to retain the Contractor, and the Contractor agrees to provide services relative to: US Hwy 380 Median Mowing and Maintenance (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) in connection with the terms and conditions as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
EMPLOYMENT OF THE CONTRACTOR. The CITY hereby agrees to engage the CONTRACTOR, and the CONTRACTOR hereby agrees to perform the services set forth in this Agreement including “Exhibit A”.
EMPLOYMENT OF THE CONTRACTOR. 3.1 MOORHEAD and DILWORTH hereby engage the CONTRACTOR and the CONTRACTOR agrees to perform the services hereinafter described in the connection with the supervision, management, and operation of Metro Senior Ride Service and the lease of vehicle(s) to be used in the operation of said services for residents of MOORHEAD and DILWORTH.
EMPLOYMENT OF THE CONTRACTOR. The Contractor agrees to haul and properly dispose of Sludge Cake from the Town’s WPCF. Said commitment is contingent upon the appropriation of sufficient funds by the Town to support the employment of the Contractor under the terms of this Contract.
EMPLOYMENT OF THE CONTRACTOR. 1.01. The City hereby engages the Contractor and the Contractor hereby agrees to perform the Services hereinafter set forth in Article 2. The parties agree that this Agreement specifically incorporates by reference each of the recitals set forth in the Whereas paragraphs above.
A. The City intends to secure the personal services of the Contractor and its duly authorized, licensed and competent employees, acceptable to the City. Failure of the Contractor for any reason to make such employees available to the extent necessary to complete the required Services in compliance with this Agreement in a reasonably skillful, professional, and prompt manner shall be cause for termination of this Agreement.
B. The Contractor shall not subcontract any of the Services to be performed by it under this Agreement without the express, prior written approval of the City.
C. In the event that the City approves in writing of the hiring of subcontractors or subconsultants to perform a portion or all the required Services, the Contractor shall cooperate as fully as possible with the City in the interests of the Services; shall be fully responsible to the City for the acts and omissions of its subcontractors and subconsultants as it is for the acts and omissions of its direct employees; and shall require each subcontractor to agree in writing to observe and be bound by all obligations and conditions of this Agreement to which the Contractor is bound.
